Returns

  • We do not accept returns unless the item is defective, damaged, or if we made an error in the customization.
  • Please ensure that all customization details are correct. We will send previews of the digital artwork through email or WhatsApp.
  • Please review your order and submit a request within 7 days of receiving your items.
  • We do not offer returns for changes of mind or orders placed with incorrect information provided by the customer.

Refunds

  • We issue refunds if the item is damaged, defective upon arrival, or if there was a mistake on our part, such as an incorrect customization.

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges if the item is damaged, defective upon arrival, or if there was a mistake on our part, such as an incorrect customization.
  • We will cover the delivery charges for eligible replacement requests. 

Order Cancellation

  • Once a customized order is placed, it is processed immediately, and we are unable to cancel or modify the order once production begins.
  • Please ensure that all details are correct before submitting your order.
  • If you notice an error right after placing an order, please contact us immediately, and we will assist accordingly.
